Woman's History Month Spotlight - Ann Crowell

Of Counsel Justice Ann Crowell was the first woman to be elected to the Supreme Court in the Fourth Judicial District of New York State. As a Principal Law Clerk for 19 years, she consistently assisted attorneys and their clients to successfully negotiate settlements in a multitude of cases. She first began mediating cases as a certified community mediator in 1997.

Justice Crowell is past President of the Saratoga County Bar Association, and a prior board member of both the Capital District Women's Bar Association - CDWBA and the Adirondack Women's Bar Association. She is a graduate of the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce Leadership Saratoga Program and the NYS Governor's Leadership Program.
